The brand and the company
You will work for a beauty start up with a revolutionary & innovative nail colour brand.
We are already the new fastest growing brand in far east Asia with over 2000 units sold per day with a growing hordes of fans.
We launched in the UK in 2014 and have had fantastic support and praise from beauty professionals, key influencers and early adopters.

We are looking for a new addition to our international team to support us in raising awareness of our company to key beauty bloggers and UK beauty and lifestyle press while engaging UK women to start using our innovative nail brand via social media.

This position is essential to support the team at this crucial moment of our UK development.
This position will report to head of PR and Events and the MD.

The chosen candidate will work with experienced professionals in creative, finance, PR, and distribution.
We are looking for every team member to thrive, learn and enjoy all aspects of the company growth with a constant customer focused.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

Organise the annual calendar of social media key touch points
Building and maintaining blogger and media contacts/database
Researching and writing customer newsletter
To grow awareness, traffic, subscriber and follower numbers for us
Manage the day-to-day running of all social media platforms for us
Engaging with our fans and utilising our ambassadors across these platform
Create engaging creative and visuals for social media and web including copy, graphics and photography for all platforms in line with brand strategy and tone of voice (working with Creative director)
Research and create content for inclusion across all platforms (in line with brand and product key messages)
Compiling weekly KPI reports to share with the team
Keep up to date with and monitor new trends in social media and beauty feeding back to the team regularly
Identify newsworthy stories that will make for relevant content for our social media channels
Closely monitor the social media campaigns of our competitors
Assist with general admin support
Responsible for uploading all PR related website content to social media channels in a timely manner and with all product linking through to product available on the website
Contributing ideas for E-commerce and PR/marketing promotional campaigns, mailers and calendar
Supporting our SEO rankings

Skills:
Creative with a great eye for detail and able to style product for Instagram
Finger on the pulse of the beauty trends and and style
A genuine passion for beauty, keeping up-to-date with industry news and seasonal trends
Ambitious, self-motivated, confident and able to use own initiative
Competent and creative writer and able to work to a brief

Experience:
Previous experience in the beauty industry, social media, marketing is preferred, but not essential
Organized, conscientious and self-motivated (Good sense of priorities )
Good communicator, working in flexible atmosphere
Analytical eye and creative mind
Ability to work confidently with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and Photoshop (optional)
Great writing skills and meticulous attention to detail in spelling, grammar and tone
Willingness to learn new skills and multi task.

We will initially pay all expenses (transport) and give you all our samples you want and need and we will then regularly assess performances with the aim to offer the right candidate a full time position.
