Reports to: Client Management team

Detailed program of the traineeship:

Course co-ordination (90%)
• To monitor and action task set out by Client manager
• To set up programmes on Training management portal
• To allocate and confirm trainers for courses
• To send out course confirmation to trainer and delegate, copying in Client Manager
• Ensuring all delegate and trainer-related information is kept up to date on company systems such as Training Management Portal (TMP) and Maximizer
• Timely collection of administrative and training documentation from trainers
• Enhancing the day-to-day relationships with trainers

Involvement in wider Client Services team (10%)
• Pro-active participation in cross-functional projects and improvement initiatives
• Developing ad-hoc documentation for clients
• Providing effective handover and ad hoc support for other team members

All interns will also be responsible for covering our reception at regular intervals (on a weekly rota system). Responsibilities include welcoming clients and trainers, answering telephone and managing the room booking system.

Knowledge, skills and competences to be acquired by the end of the traineeship (expected Learning Outcomes):

• Improvement of attention to details
• Enhancement of written, verbal communication skills
• Enhancement of computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
• Enhancement of analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a team
• Awareness of corporate B2B

Benefits/Salary: This is a non-salaried internship position.
£65/week is available for expenses and other benefits include personalised English language training.

People Description

The Client Services Assistant must be:

• enthusiastic
• a flexible self-starter with aptitude to learn quickly
• highly organised
• a good communicator

Skills required:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
• A typing speed of at least 35+ wpm is preferred
