The internship with our Marketing Department includes elements of international sales, client relationship support, and business development, with direct exposure to B2B operations, particularly in the intellectual property (IP) industry across Malaysia and Southeast Asia:

International Sales & B2B Marketing Support
– Gain practical insight into our B2B service offerings in the field of Intellectual Property (IP), including patents, trademarks, industrial designs, franchising, and translation services targeted at corporate clientele.
– Support the Business Development team in preparing marketing collateral, follow-up correspondence, and presentation materials for client engagement activities.
– Attend internal meetings to observe strategies and best practices for managing and nurturing B2B client relationships across the ASEAN region.
– Assist the Sales Team during networking events and client-facing initiatives to gain hands-on exposure to real-world business development engagements.

Market Research & Industry Benchmarking
– Conduct competitor and market research on IP firms across Southeast Asia.
– Analyze B2B trends and opportunities in the IP space to contribute to strategy discussions.
– Prepare summary reports to inform outreach strategies and positioning.

Digital Presence & International Communication
– Support social media content and campaigns aimed at regional B2B audiences (e.g., LinkedIn, newsletters).
– Repurpose content to suit different markets and platforms.
– Analyze digital performance data to enhance engagement with corporate clients.

Logistics & Coordination Exposure
– Assist in the preparation and coordination of business development events (both online and offline).
– Coordinate schedules, support setup, and contribute to follow-up communication with attendees.
