Work Experience in England – Ecommerce Marketing and Operations Assistant
You will work in one of England’s top luxury lingerie retailers. Located in Leicester, England, we are looking for motivated and enthusiastic candidates who are interested in learning about an ecommerce business in a dynamic and growing marketplace.
The position would involve assisting with both operations and marketing aspects of the company. Daily tasks include order fulfilment processing, managing stock levels, placing regular orders with suppliers (B2B), working with the sales platforms (i.e. Amazon) and dispatching products to couriers (Royal Mail, Fedex etc.).
We are very involved with growing our international business. Your language skills in French, German and/or Japanese would be very valuable in assessing new marketing opportunities and translation of product information and customer communications (B2C). Additionally, you would be involved with marketing activities, both regular events (i.e. press and newsletters) and activities as they arise such as seasonal promotions and activities.
The benefit to working with us is that you will experience all faucets of the company due to the small size of the organization. You will have firsthand knowledge of the challenges and opportunities of an ecommerce company. We provide payment of £20/day.
Qualities: hard working, smart, detail oriented and like to learn.
Education: must be currently studying at degree level in business or newly graduated.
