For a private menswear brand that is sold on 3 continents currently and the web. With a small team based in central London we work exclusively with UK based manufactures to create the highest level of design and quality made from UK materials.

MAIN RESPONSABILITES
Primarily you will support the Head of Brand and Business Development for the management of the commercial side of the company. Including running of the web-shop and processing of sales that come in as well as generating sales
You will also be responsible for the coordination and maintenance of your manager's schedule, as well as travel bookings and expense reporting where necessary.

During the approach to sales season both in London and overseas, planning of showroom schedule will be important as well as logistical elements related to the showroom. While some times of the year are dominated by the Bi-annual Fashion show, other times are focused on the receiving of product and packing/shipping and dispatch to our wholesale accounts.

There are also menial tasks that will be asked of you such as errand running, and general office duties.

With strong written and verbal communication skills, you will have the ability to deal with luxury executives, potential clients and remote colleagues with utmost confidence and professionalism.

As a key contact for London, you will assist in meeting preparation and cultivation as well as providing ad-hoc customer service where necessary. Our team is small and therefore you must be switched on at all times, with an acute interest in fashion, luxury goods, and an understanding of how the luxury fashion menswear business works. Candidates should have interests varied and wide that all influence their point of view which can potentially influence our company.

REQUIREMENTS
You will be IT savvy with the ability to use Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as a good knowledge of the Adobe suite. A strong aptitude with implementing and developing accurate filing systems is also beneficial. The ability to use both Apple Mac and PC computer systems would be advantageous.
To be successful in the role, you will have a strong work ethic with the ability to think creatively, along with a flexible attitude and an understanding of the luxury sector. Fluent English required, additional languages appreciated as we do business in several countries in the far east as well as European countries and English speaking as well.

Remuneration: We cover £5 per day towards travel and £5 per day for lunch
