Missions possibles pendant votre stage (en fonction du profil et de vos goûts):

- Gestion du contenu du site web; Coordination de l’information cinématographique, des éléments visuels et vidéo à diffuser sur nos propriétés numériques | Préparation du contenu du site web | Mise à jour du site web, hébergé sur Squarespace | Aide aux efforts d’optimisation des moteurs de recherche (SEO).

- Marketing par emailing; Gérer notre base de données Mailchimp et développer des listes de contacts | Aider à la conception, à l’envoi et au suivi des campagnes de newsletter en ligne.

- Gestion des réseaux sociaux; Aide à la gestion de nos réseaux Facebook, Instagram, Twitter et YouTube | Montage de vidéos promotionnelles | Aide à la création, à la préparation et au téléchargement de contenu sur les réseaux sociaux | Gestion des campagnes publicitaires payantes sur les médias sociaux.

- Marketing et publicité; Contribuer à l‘élaboration de documents de marketing, de communiqués de presse et d’autres documents collatéraux | Création et tenue à jour de la liste des médias | Assurer la liaison avec les médias et les aider à faire des présentations.

- Développer et gérer les campagnes Google Ads.

- Opérations matérielles; Soutenir les opérations physiques du festival selon les besoins des médias, des relations avec les invités, de la liaison avec le public et de tout autre département.

Internship Overview:
We’re seeking a passionate Culinary Content & Recipe Development Intern to support our team. You will be based in Kuala Lumpur, involving hands-on kitchen assistance and content creation. Responsibilities:

– Document recipe processes and ingredient sourcing for consistency, ensuring alignment with Malaysian market availability (e.g., pandan, coconut milk).
– Write recipe descriptions and blog posts (300–500 words each) for the company website, highlighting cultural significance.
– Respond to customer inquiries on social media (ex : recipe tips, ingredient substitutions) within 24 hours, maintaining brand voice.
– Research trending Asian food topics (ew : sustainable cooking, vegan adaptations) to propose 2–3 new recipe ideas for future projects.

Requirements:
– Enrolled in or recently graduated from a diploma/degree program in culinary arts, hospitality, marketing, or related fields.
– Passion for Asian cuisine and baking, with basic cooking/baking skills.
– Basic proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok) and content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, or smartphone editing apps).
– Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is a plus for engaging local audiences.
– No prior professional experience required, but enthusiasm for food and storytelling is essential.

The Role

A great opportunity for a Marketing Intern is on offer to work as a volunteer along our Hotel sales team in Sydney, 2 days a week for to 12 weeks.

Reporting to the Group Director of Sales and Marketing, this position is a broad marketing role with some sales support, with focus on:
• Researching and writing content for our websites
• Image sourcing using online image libraries
• Updating our website using Wordpress
• Creating video content using Animoto
• Researching and compiling social media posts
• Using Hootsuite to post social media content as approved
• Researching local events, attractions and things to do and developing content to coincide
• Online research of competitor/industry campaigns, packages and promotions
• Actively contribute ideas for our email marketing calendar
• Review our online presence across all distribution channels, including a usability and content review of the our website
• Opportunity to visit some hotels with sales and marketing management team.

About You
To Be Successful For This Role You Will Need
• Intermediate ability in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
