You will work for a language company located in Madrid. You will mainly collaborate in administrative, academic support, and visual communication tasks.

1. Roles and Responsibilities

– Database Management : Update information of clients, students, and suppliers in digital databases, verify the accuracy of records and keep them organized, prepare basic reports based on the information contained in the databases.

– Use of Google Workspace : Create, edit, and organize documents, spreadsheets, and presentations, collaborate on shared documents with other team members, keep internal documentation and files on Google Drive up to date.

– Design and Visual Communication : Create simple graphic materials using Canva or other design tools, adapt pre-existing templates for presentations, flyers, or social media posts, support the creation of visual resources for academic or promotional activities.

– Document Preparation : Draft and review internal or external texts for dissemination, organize manuals, guides, and support documents for courses and workshops, assemble training materials following the instructions of the supervising staff.

– Translation Support : Carry out short and simple translations to and from the intern’s native language, review translations under supervision to ensure clarity and accuracy, collaborate in the development of basic glossaries and multilingual materials.

– General Administrative Tasks : Assist in organizing schedules, meetings, and internal calendars, provide support in managing emails and internal communications, collaborate in the logistics of courses, workshops, and events organized by the company.

– Procedures and Best Practices : All tasks must be carried out following the instructions of the assigned tutor, sensitive information must be handled confidentially.
