Embark on a unique professional adventure combining hands-on experience in tourism and the yachting industry with the exploration of Thailand’s breathtaking Andaman Sea. This internship offers an opportunity to join a dynamic team based in Phuket, the largest island in Thailand, and gain insight into the operations of luxury yacht charters.

What You’ll Do
As an intern, you’ll be involved in the full range of activities essential to managing high-end yacht tours:

Planning and organizing private tours

Assisting in leading and guiding excursions

Handling customer service and guest relations

Facilitating cross-cultural communication

Managing logistics, safety procedures, and operational standards

Acquiring in-depth local knowledge of islands and the marine environment

Contributing to marketing and promotion strategies

Supporting booking, reservations, and billing processes

Addressing issues and finding practical solutions

Internship Period
Minimum commitment of 3 months, ideally between November and April. Internships cannot start after Christmas due to peak season but may resume in February.

Visa Support
Full assistance will be provided to obtain a student visa (NON-B “ED”), including all necessary documentation (internship agreement, embassy letter, business registration, and tourism license). The process is simple and can result in a visa valid for up to one year.

Candidate Profile
This internship is ideal for students currently enrolled in Marketing, Tourism, Languages, Business Administration, or similar fields.

Requirements

Must be a currently enrolled student during the internship period (mandatory for visa purposes)

Preferred internship seasons: Christmas to mid-March or July–August

Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Good computer and internet skills, and familiarity with social media

Eagerness to learn and flexibility
